If you are a prospective site interested in starting a HELP site at your institution then please create a login (click on "Become a HELP Site") to allow you access to the private website. On the private website you will be able to download all of the manuals, materials, software and tools. You will also gain access to the HELP list serve on Google Groups so that you may network with other prospective and active sites. There is also a page about the HELP Centers of Excellence and how you can contract with a Center for structured training and support.
